Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, and plyometric training. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by music!
Bare Fusion- Strengthen your muscles and improve balance and flexibility combining Pilates, dance, and fitness. This low impact class will focus on proper alignment, lower/upper body strengthening, and core engagement.
