TUMBLE ON IN

Beginning Gymnastics – Interested in acrobatics and tumbling? Learn the basic rolls, locomotive movements, stretching and other fundamental skills.
AGES: 3-5

Intermediate Gymnastics – Refine your acrobatics skills; front and back walkovers and more! Basic tumbling experience required.

SOCIAL DANCING If you are single or have a partner, come and enjoy the fun of learning new dances. Each month we offer a different technique.

Gentle Yoga – Reconnect to your body with a slower paced, restorative practice designed to reduce stress, calm the nervous system and promote flexibility. Great for students of all levels and new students.

Vinyasa Flow – Build strength and stamina, increase focus as you connect movement to breathe. Great for students who like to feel their heartbeat, and athletes wishing to train their body and mind in a well-balanced way.

Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
