GENTLE YOGA
Reconnect to your body with a slower paced, restorative practice designed to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and promote flexibility. Great for students of all levels & new students.
Vinyasa Flow
Build strength and stamina, increase focus as you connect movement to breath.  Great for students who like to feel their heartbeat, and athletes wishing to train their body and mind in a well-balanced way.
